Here is a clear breakdown of everything we will do to update your website.

   We’ll build your new site on a private "staging" server. This means your current website stays live and visible to your customers. We only launch the new site when it's perfect and you give the final OK.
2. Smooth Data & System Upgrades
   We will work with your previous system to ensure all your existing data is safe. This method minimizes data loss and makes future maintenance much easier.
3. A Modern Look That Works Everywhere
   Your site will get a fresh look with new images and graphics. We will use a responsive design, meaning it will look professional and be easy to use on every device, from a large desktop to a smartphone.
4. Powerful, Custom-Tuned Features
   We’ll install and configure the essential WordPress plugins to improve your site's speed, security, and user experience. We will customize all settings to fit your exact needs.
5. A Flawless Launch
   Before going live, we test everything. We check every link, form, and page on different browsers and devices to catch and fix any bugs. Once it's all clear, we’ll handle the full deployment to your live server.

Payment Plan

We keep our payment schedule straightforward and tied to our progress.

50% Deposit Payable after you approve the new design or when we register your domain/hosting to start the project.

50% Final Payment Payable when the website is nearly finished (at 80% completion) and ready for the final launch.

Our Working Agreement (The Details)

To make sure the project runs smoothly for both of us.

• Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable, as they secure our team's time and resources for your project.
• Content: To keep us on schedule, we’ll need all website content (text and images) from you in a timely manner.
• Revision: We include three rounds of revisions during the design stage to make sure you love the final look.
• Extra Changes: If you need more revisions after the first three, we can add those for an additional charge.
